Procurri’s ProActive Maintenance 3.0 monitoring works proactively rather than reactively, meaning, that when an event is detected by the system, a support ticket is automatically and instantly created.
Under the ProActive Maintenance 3.0 approach, we install a jump box in the customer environment, utilising intelligent filtering to understand the potential of critical events that may occur. The jump box can cover storage devices, networking devices and servers allowing the system to spot trends early.
